Story

We are again raising funds for the 6th annual Mighty Moose 5K in honor of our beloved Jenna Hoge Swaim and all of our friends and family who have lost their battles with ovarian cancer.  Since 2018, the incredible Mighty Moose community has raised over $1.5 million dollars to improve the early detection of ovarian cancer, when this disease is most treatable.  These funds are critically important to support ovarian cancer research led by Dr. Kevin Elias, who is a gynecologic oncologist and surgeon-scientist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and is affiliated with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.  Dr. Elias and his team of researchers have identified a groundbreaking new process to detect ovarian cancer at its earliest stages.  The initial results of Dr. Elias’ research are incredibly promising!  We could not thank you more for honoring Jenna and her family in this way, and we are forever grateful for your support.
